Any person who owns or operates an accommodation property such as a motel, hotel, campground, RV Park, resort or B & B in the Province of British Columbia may be granted Active Membership provided that current dues and all other outstanding accounts owed to the Association are paid.
All Active Members must abide by the Association's Customer Service Guarantee (Code of Ethics), which includes the requirement that the member maintain the Tourism BC Approved Accommodation standard. Active Membership will not be granted to a property that is not an approved accommodation at the time of application unless the property is new and awaiting approval status.
Any organization engaged in supplying goods or services to the accommodation industry in British Columbia, may be granted Preferred Membership in the Association upon acceptance by the Board of Directors providing they are not eligible for Active Membership.
